Conditions

- Being over 25 years old,

- Have more than 2 years driving license,

- The renter must present the original driving license.

- Only the tenant (s) identified on the contract are able to drive the vehicle.

- The rental payable in advance (30% on booking and the balance on delivery of the vehicle),

- Minimum billing: 1 day (24 hours),

- Vehicles are delivered clean, with full fuel and must be returned in the same condition,

- Otherwise, the missing will be charged and the cleaning of the vehicle.

-The deposit is made by credit card imprint only, 1300 € (one thousand three hundred euros) * possibility of total surrender of franchise -We accept payment in cash, bank checks, holiday vouchers, bank cards, -The holiday vouchers must be sent one month before the beginning of the stay account management deadlines, and 20 € additional fees will be invoiced for the forwarding of these to ANCV,

-Our vehicles are recent and in excellent condition,

- The vehicles are delivered at no additional cost from 7 days of rental: * airport, port, hotel or the place of your choice in Martinique.

- Excel Location welcomes you on your arrival and you transfer by shuttle to our rental park.

- At your departure, they can be returned under the same conditions at the latest at 17:00. For deliveries and recovery beyond 21 hours, you will be charged € 30 extra. -In case of cancellation and early return of the vehicle, you will be issued a credit to be asserted on a future stay.

- Tickets, fuel, mechanical damage due to improper use of the vehicle, damage to rims, tires and accessories, looting, theft of personal effects, loss or damage to the vehicle keys are the customer's charge.
